corratec C29er Cross and C29er Surf – versatile bikes with
amazing potential

Right from the word go it was plain to the makers at corratec that the C29er concept
is a real boon to the bike world. But it was soon clear that the way this concept was
implemented for the American market - as a big mountain bike – was never going to
work in the European context. So the C29er touring bike was developed in time for
the current season. Following its successful launch, corratec will expand the series
for the 2010 season.

By introducing the new Miss C. product line, corratec provides the target group –
sport-minded lady bikers – with the right bike for almost every discipline. Mountain
bike or road racer – the Miss C. line matches the highlights from the corratec range
to the unique features of the female anatomy.

A success story on two wheels

How would a mountain bike possess uncompromising sporty ride characteristics and nevertheless appeal through harmonic aesthetics? Is it possible to construct full suspension mountain bikes with the ride performance of a sporty hardtail? How does a bike work completely without chain and oiling and thereby is free from maintenance and pleasantly quiet?

The power of two circles
corratec develops revolutionary full suspension rear end

With the unique 2CIRCLE system, the Upper Bavarian bicycle manufacturer corratec once again demonstrates its high technological skills in the construction of full suspension mountain bikes. Adhering to the motto “advance through innovation”, the design and development team led by the company boss, Konrad Irlbacher, sought the ultimate solution – to combine the damping characteristics of a full suspension with the dynamics of a hardtail. And that only too successfully! The brilliant rear end system of the corratec full suspension racing bikes of the AirTech series guarantees the ideal efficiency of the suspension in any ride situation and transfers power to where it’s required – with maximum propulsion and thereby speed.

With concentrated know-how, corratec has successfully completed one of the most ambitious projects in its corporate history in the construction of racing bikes. The dictum of the collaboration between the frame-building legend Mauro Sannino and the Volksbank-corratec professional team was the design and development of a thoroughbred racer. The result has yet again clearly exceeded the expectations. The new CCT Pro frame is a hand-made, carbon lightweight designed for speed with extreme stiffness and a completely unique appreciation of geometric shape.
