    SQlab Future-Proofs Its Sales Structure and Intensifies Cooperation with Specialist Retailers

    At the start of the year, SQlab is taking a consistently forward-looking approach: with a targeted development of its sales and service setup, the ergonomics specialist is intensifying its personal support for specialist retailers. The goal is to simplify processes and further strengthen direct exchange through dedicated contact persons for the trade.

    Structured Cooperation for Greater Efficiency
    At the core of the new sales structure is the close interaction between field sales, internal sales and back office. Clearly defined interfaces in the cooperation between “SQlab as manufacturer/supplier & specialist retail partners” ensure that responsibilities are unambiguous and processes run smoothly – from the first point of contact through to ongoing support in day-to-day business.

    Strong Field Sales Presence with Dedicated Contacts
    A key element of the new direction is the strengthened field sales presence with dedicated contact persons assigned to clearly defined postal code regions. André Künne, responsible for the South West/North-West team, covers the postal code areas 4, 5, 6, 7, 32 to 37as well as 86 to 89. Daniel Loris is responsible for the postal code areas 9, 30, 31,38, 39 as well as 80 to 85 and serves as the contact for the South-East team. The postal code areas 0, 1 and 2 are covered by Jens Uhlig, who supports the North-East team and Key Accounts. Personal on-site appointments and direct exchange are at the heart of cooperation with specialist retailers.

    Transparent Responsibilities – Clear Communication
    Thanks to the transparent allocation of regions and contact persons, retail partners always know who to reach out to. At the same time, the internal sales team ensures fast response times and reliable support for retailers. With this optimized sales structure, SQlab underlines its commitment to being a dependable and service-oriented partner for specialist retailers. Shorter communication paths, clear responsibilities and personal support form the foundation for successful cooperation throughout the year.
